Banana Raita

Banana raitaIngredients:

  • 1 cup                fresh low fat curd beaten
  • 1/2 cup           chopped banana
  • 1/2 tsp             freshly groun mustard
  • 1/2 tsp             finely chopped green chillies
  • 1 tsp                 sugar
  •                           salt to taste

Method:

   Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well.

Serve chilled.Easy isn’t it.
